Appx packages from the side must have certificate with them. If you repacked/signed your own appx you have certificate. Lets see how to import certificate for sample\pyro.appx. Run Microsoft Management Console (mmc.exe). Click "Add snap-in"

Select "Certificates" snap-in.

Select computer account. User's trusted root does not work !

Local computer.

Import certificate :

Choose path to cer or pfx file :

Place it in trusted root.
